As an antagonist, Madhav Abhyankar enters Atal to put obstacles in the way of the PM

The creators of ‘Atal’ have cast Madhav Abhyankar, who is well-known for his parts in a number of popular Marathi plays and shows, to play the villain Sudarshan Tripathi, who would be significant to Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s story.

Young Atal’s (Vyom Thakkar) life will face new difficulties and trials as a result of Madhav’s depiction of the adversary.

“Sudarshan is a strict Pandit characterised by his ultra-conservative views on social status, caste, and religion,” Madhav said in reference to his persona. He is the personification of unwavering adherence to customs and values, placing a premium on consistency, moral rectitude, and stability. He gains insight from long-standing traditions, convictions, and moral standards that have been handed down through the ages.”

As the president of Gwalior’s community, he places a high value on upholding moral standards, conserving culture, and keeping order. He believes that following his values is essential. Madhav said, “His close ties to both local royalty and British officials make him a valuable ally to both parties.”
Known for his part in “Vishwavinayak,” the actor said that Sudarshan’s persona is expected to be much more dramatic.
