Before the Lucknow premiere of “Jailer,” Rajinikanth meets with UP Governor Anandiben Patel

Rajinikanth, a celebrity, met with Governor Anandiben Patel in Lucknow before the premiere of his hit movie Jailer.

Rajinikanth paid her a visit on Saturday at the Rajbhavan, and images of the meeting were posted on the governor of Uttar Pradesh’s official account on X, previously known as Twitter.

In Hindi, the caption said, “Pradesh ki Rajyapal shrimati Anandiben Patel se aaj Raj Bhavan main prasidh abhineta va nirdeshak shree Rajinikanth ne shishtachar bhent ki.”

In the first image, the celebrity is seen giving the Governor flowers while wearing a blue T-shirt and black leggings. The two are seen conversing in the second picture.

Rajnikanth is allegedly going to Ayodhya after Lucknow.

The actor was previously seen in Ranchi when he met the governor of Jharkhand while visiting the Rajrappa shrine.

His most recent movie, “Jailer,” is breaking box office records.

On August 17, the movie has earned a total of Rs 235.65 crore in India during its first eight days.

On Day 9, it brought in Rs 9 crore. Jailer has now earned Rs 244.85 crore in India.

The action-thriller movie Jailer was helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Along with Yogi, it also features Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, Sunil, and Mirnaa Menon.
