Triptii Dimri To Star In Aashiqui 3 Opposite Kartik Aaryan

According to reports, Kartik Aaryan will date Animal actress Triptii Dimri in Anurag Basu’s Aashiqui 3. A new Pinkvilla story states that Triptii will play the lead role in the musical. “Triptii has been the talk of the town since Animal became an overnight sensation, and the producers believe that she would light up the screen with Kartik Aaryan.

The producers have been talking to her for a while now, and they have decided to cast her as the female lead,” Pinkvilla cited an unnamed project insider as saying.
“Kartik too has a new space, and he will be looking to explore the intense side of romance,” the person said. Having graduated from the world of romantic comedies, he will now go into a new realm of love tales. He is eager to start this adventure as well,” Pinkvilla said.

Famously starring in Animal this year was Triptii Dimri. In the Sajid Ali film Laila Majnu, she portrayed the title character, Laila. She acted in the movie Poster Boys (2017) as well. She was also in the Bulbbul Netflix original series. The actress and Babil Khan starred in Qala on Netflix last year. Her next appearance will be in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and starring Rajkummar Rao. She also features Vicky Kaushal in Anand Tiwari’s Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam.

The last time Kartik Aaryan was seen, he costarred with Kiara Advani in the movie Satyaprem Ki Katha. He had a brief cameo in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar earlier this year. The actor costarred with Kriti Sanon in Shehzada last year. He also acted in the thriller Freddy opposite Alaya F. and the horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, costarring Kiara Advani and Tabu. His next role is in Chandu Champion, a sports film directed by Kabir Khan.

After starring in Luv Ranjan’s 2011 film Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Kartik Aaryan made his Bollywood debut with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, Luka Chuppi, and Guest Inn London. He was also in Love Aaj Kal, directed by Imtiaz Ali. He acted in Dhamaka on Netflix as well.
