BTS: Jin and J-Hope Attend Min Yoongi’s D-Day Final Concert, Making the ARMY Unable to Maintain Calm

While fans had high hopes to see Namjoon or Taehyung bring the concert to a perfect crescendo with their strong and soul-stirring performance, the well-known K-Pop had something entirely under their sleeves since J-Hope and Jin have been spotted in the audience on Day 3. The BTS Army received the shock of their lives when RM graced Min Yoongi aka Suga’s last D-Day concert on Sunday in Seoul.

For those who are unaware, BTS has taken a sabbatical due to personal and artistic obligations. Additionally, two of its members, Jin and J-Hope, have been absent since their required military enrollment. Therefore, it is undoubtedly unusual for the ARMY to witness all of the BTS members in one place, and it is even more unusual to see Jin and J-Hope attend Yoongi’s electric performance to express their love and support. Social media is already flooded with several images and videos from the event, including a group snapshot that Jin posted on his Instagram account.

As a result of Jungkook’s surprising performance during Suga’s farewell D-Day concert, fans were eagerly awaiting the next band member to take the stage. The second episode of the event was the subject of intense speculation over potential appearances by Namjoon or Taehyung. But as the most unlikely pair—Park Jimin and fellow member Suga—took center stage, the frenzy reached a fever pitch.

Together, Min Yoongi aka Suga and Jimin gave the song “Tony Montana” a powerful performance. As Jimin expertly delivered the song’s famous stanza, the crowd exploded in a mixture of amazement and joy. His voice’s recognizable higher-pitched tones resonated with the ecstatic spectators as they filled the KSPO dome. Fans were moved by the song “Tony Montana” from Suga’s “Agust D” album, which brought back memories of the group’s beginnings.

Notably, Jimin had previously joined Taehyung and Jungkook during the first leg’s final Seoul concert, suggesting that there would be more electrifying performances to come. Additionally announcing the enthusiasm was SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi and Woozi, who had previously been guests on Suga’s discussion program “Suchitwa.”

Suga previously astonished fans by collaborating with American singer-songwriter Halsey at his Los Angeles gig. The conclusion of Suga’s three-day performance at the Kia Forum included this unexpected collaboration, which as it developed left the crowd in amazement.
