Calling Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 ‘Not Edgy’ Because of ‘No Hindu-Muslim Stuff; Not Bashing Pak’, Dibakar Banerjee

Filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee is getting ready for Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2, his next project, to hit theaters. The movie’s teaser was just unveiled, and it’s generated a lot of interest. In a recent podcast appearance, the director claimed that the movie is not contentious. He was candid about his study methodology as well.

Dibakar said, “It’s not very edgy or bold; there’s no Hindu-Muslim stuff, and I’m not bashing Pakistan,” during an interview with the Dostcast podcast. I also don’t criticize India. He said that he was almost driven to the brink of giving up on filmmaking entirely when he was directing the picture. He said, “But I am an addict; I am too addicted.”

“One cool thing about the internet is that you can start in one place and end up in an entirely different place altogether,” Dibakar added, sharing details about his research process for the film. You start to grasp how the algorithm works. The program seeks to learn about your obsession, your deepest secrets, and the faces that appeal to you. Are you a fan of Indians, Asians, Hispanics, or Africans? The computer program is aware. If you’re interested blue-eyed females, it will continue to display them to you.

“I gradually tricked my algorithm over time. I persuaded it that I am a right-wing Hindu nationalist. Maine usse yeh jata diya ki main Hindu rashtravaadi hoon. And at this point, I am aware of everything happening there. The individuals that sit on fences and wait to attack are the most dangerous, he said.

The movie stars Bonita Rajpurohit, Abhinav Singh, Paritosh Tiwari, and Tusshar Kapoor as well as Anu Malik, Mouni Roy, Anu Malik, and Swastika Mukherjee. On April 19, it will be shown in theaters. It centers on the themes of love in the digital age and the intricacies of modern, high-tech relationships.
