Casting a ballot, Rajinikanth asserts that voting is a respectful and dignified process

A voter in the Lok Sabha Elections of 2024 was Rajinikanth. The Superstar went outside to cast his ballot while wearing a straightforward, informal outfit. The actor was seen at an early-morning voting place at Stella Maris College in Chennai on Friday, April 19, when he politely awaited his turn.

As soon as the Vettaiyan actor entered the voting booth, supporters swarmed around him. Nevertheless, he was able to fulfill his democratic duty after receiving assurances from security officers stationed at the location.

Rajinikanth was shown waiting for his time to cast a ballot in a video that was posted on X. After doing his job, he proudly displayed his tattooed finger. Speaking to the journalists, Rajinikanth made his leave. He pleaded with everyone to vote at his news conference. “There is respect and pride in saying that we have cast our vote,” he said. It is our right and duty. So please cast your vote. (sic) ”

When Rajinikanth Discussed Leaving Politics
Superstar Rajinikanth said in 2021 that he did not intend to modify his stance and disbanded his group Rajini Makkal Mandram, thereby concluding that chapter, a few months after deciding to stay out of politics due to health concerns.
Following his discussion with members, Rajinikanth said, “I have no plans to enter politics in the future.”

First established in 2018, the Rajini Makkal Mandram, or people’s forum, was disbanded and renamed as the Rajinikanth Fans Welfare Forum (or “Rajinikanth Rasigar Narpani Mandram”).

Regarding Rajinikanth’s next ventures

Right now, Rajinikanth is occupied on Vettaiyan. Based on a real tale, the movie is described as a hard-hitting action entertainment. The actor reportedly has a police officer role in the movie.

Rajinikanth had said in a media appearance that Gnanavel’s Vettaiyan will probably soon come to an end. After that, he’ll take a rest and see Thalaivar 171, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

With Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan in key parts, Vettaiyan has an enormous star cast. The movie, which is being funded by Lyca Productions, will have music created by Anirudh Ravichander.
