Day 13 box office receipts for “Varshangalkku Shesham”: Pranav Mohanlal and Dhyan Sreenivasan’s movie starts to wane by the end of the second week

The box office performance of Pranav Mohanlal and Dhyan Sreenivasan’s “Varshangalkku Shesham” has significantly decreased as the second week draws to a close.

The thirteenth day of “Varshangalkku Shesham” on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, had a 21.31% occupancy rate in Malayalam theaters. On its twelfth day, the movie brought in Rs. 0.90 crore, according per a Sacnilk report.

Varshangalkku Shesham received a 3 out of 5 rating from ETimes, which said, “Mohanlal and Sreenivasan’s sons collaborated on a film on the same topic, but with a different tone, over 20 years after they made a film about celluloid dreams together, named Udayananu Tharam. Varshangalkku Shesham, directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, covers around 50 years and is mostly a narrative of friendship with a lot of inside jokes interwoven. However, it is also about lost possibilities. The two friends’ scenes in Vineeth’s writing, when they blow hot and cold, don’t flow well.

Furthermore, while Sreenivasan or the business were mentioned in a lot of the jokes, the remainder of the comedy fell flat. It’s also a little depressing that there aren’t any strong female characters. We thought the film would be more compelling and poignant coming from such a lively crew.
