Details within. Cobra and krait venom discovered in samples from Elvish Yadav’s Noida dance party

Winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 Recently, Elvish Yadav made headlines for all the wrong reasons. The well-known YouTuber found himself in hot water after he was implicated in a case concerning the distribution and use of snake venom at a Noida rave. In a significant development, authorities said on Friday that their forensic examination had shown the usage of krait and cobra venom in the samples they had gathered.

Elvish was among the six individuals that the police charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for allegedly supplying snake venom during a Noida party. Elvish was questioned about the case, and five of the six suspects were taken into custody by the police.

The arrestees had set a trap by the animal rights organization People for Animals (PFA) that resulted in the recovery of nine snakes from their possession. The arrestees had landed at a banquet venue in Sector 51 for the celebration.

An FIR was filed for criminal conspiracy and under the Wildlife (Protection) Act after Yadav and six other individuals were accused by PFA of partying at a banquet facility in Sector 51 where snake venom was provided, according to police.

According to police, those detained are Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45), all of whom live in Moharband hamlet in Badarpur, southeast Delhi.
