More people know Mark Ruffalo from his role in “13 Going on 30” than from his heroic role as the Hulk

According to actor Mark Ruffalo, he is more known for his part in the 2004 film “13 Going on 30” than for his MCU depiction of the superhero Hulk. In a virtual conversation with co-stars Judy Greer and Jennifer Garner on the film’s 20th anniversary, Ruffalo, who played in the dream romance, took fans down memory lane.
The story of “13 Going on 30” centered on Jenna Rink, an adolescent character portrayed by Jennifer Garner, who, on her thirteenth birthday, wakes up as an adult.

Ruffalo is most known for his role as Matty, Jenna’s childhood friend who ultimately marries her, rather than his more than ten years as the enormous green beast Hulk, the superhero alter ego of brilliant scientist Bruce Banner in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“In this world, there are two kinds of individuals. I receive similar amounts from both Hulk and ’13 Going on 30’—way more from ’13 Going on 30′,” the actor said.
On her Instagram account, Garner also posted a video of the conversation.

“#13GoingOn30. Twenty years. Three Boomers here, willing to brave zoom to express our gratitude. We are grateful to everyone who has enjoyed this movie with us. We recognize you, value you, and reciprocate your affection. “Forever thirty, sultry and full of life!” she captioned the photo.

“13 Going on 30” was directed by Gary Winick and released on April 23, 2004. Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa wrote it.
