P.F. Chang’s dishes are umami bombs thanks to their powerful flavors

Foodies in Gurugram may now experience the flavors of the renowned US-based worldwide Asian fusion restaurant chain P.F. Chang’s, where each dish is sure to leave you “wrapped” in flavor, akin to a “dynamite” rush of flavor.

The well-known eatery business was established in 1993 by American restaurateurs Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, and is well-known for its unique dishes such lettuce-wrapped chicken and Dynamite Shrimp.

The 2,000-year-old art of wok cooking is honored, along with the cuisines and customs of China, Japan, Korea, and Thailand.

The restaurant business has made menu adjustments in consideration of the delicate tastes of cuisine in Gurugram. For instance, P.F. Chang’s well-known Dynamite Shrimp are available in chicken and paneer varieties, as noted by Ramit Bharti Mittal, Executive Chairman & Director, Gourmet Investments.

Everything about the “Dynamite Chicken,” from the presentation—served in a martini glass—to the flavor—was astounding.

For vegetarians, the Gurugram location also serves several “exclusive dishes,” such as sushi and dumplings. The flavor-filled asparagus tempura wrap is a must-try. The chicken dumplings with chili oil are another dish that non-vegetarians just must not miss since each mouthful is like a carnival of flavors.

Among Mittal’s recommendations was a juicy pepper steak with onions, bell pepper, and a hefty flank steak drenched in pepper garlic sauce.

Next was the orange chicken, which lives up to its name and is appropriately referred to as a flavor explosion. It tastes sweet and tangy at first, then finishes with a hint of fire. But be warned—you won’t be able to stop at just one serving—you’ll want more.

Opened on Sunday, April 21, P.F. Chang’s is an expensive restaurant where a lunch for two may cost up to around Rs 2,500. It is located in Cyber Hub, a well-known culinary destination in Gurugram. In light of the flavor and experience offered, the pricing seems reasonable.

Speaking of sweetness, anyone with a sweet taste will be blown away by the dessert area. You have to try the spring rolls with bananas. These are crunchy, crispy wontons encased in luscious bananas and dusted with cinnamon. When paired with ice cream, the meal provides immediate comfort to the palate.

The Great Wall of Chocolate is another option; however, the menu states that it is solely “For Sharing.” According to Mittal, the slice is somewhat smaller than what is given elsewhere. Nevertheless, the food at this Gurugram restaurant is enormous and quite tasty.
