Poacher, a criminal thriller series starring Alia Bhatt, will premiere on THIS platform

The trailer for Alia Bhatt’s original criminal thriller series Poacher was released on Thursday by Amazon Prime Video and the actress. The new web series, which narrates the narrative of one of the largest criminal networks in India, is written, conceived, and directed by Emmy Award-winning director Richie Mehta. Claimed to draw inspiration from actual occurrences, Poacher centers on the tale of the biggest ivory poaching, complete with cold-blooded killings, mute victims, and a world of criminality that has never been seen before.

Key parts in the planned criminal thriller series are played by Roshan Mathew, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Nimisha Sajayan. QC Entertainment is producing Poacher, while Alia Bhatt is involved as an executive producer under her own company, Eternal Sunshine Productions.

On February 23, Poacher will make its Prime Video debut in over 240 countries and territories worldwide, including India. It will include subtitles in more than 35 languages and be available for streaming in a number of languages, including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

Viewers’ response to the trailer

Launch party for the trailer
On Thursday, Paparazzo Viral Bhayani posted a number of images and videos from the trailer premiere celebration. Along with Richie Mehta, the director of the web series, Sushant Sreeram, director of Prime Video, and Manish Menghani, director of content licensing, Alia Bhatt was also in attendance.

At the trailer premiere were Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Roshan Mathews, and Nimisha Sajayan, the main characters.
