Salman Khan Firing: PM Narendra Modi Is Requested To “Eliminate” Shooters By The All Indian Cine Workers Association

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has received a plea from the All Indian Cine Workers Association after the shooting outside Salman Khan’s Bandra home in Mumbai. They have asked the prime minister to make sure Salman Khan has more protection and that the shooters be “eliminated.”

“Two individuals fired shots outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s house this morning,” the statement from ANI said. Salman Khan’s efforts are acknowledged globally; his fame extends beyond Bollywood and India. Given that Salman Khan is not secure, the fact that shootings are happening in Mumbai, particularly in the most exclusive sector of the city, raises questions about the safety of regular people. Gangsters are shooting bullets with impunity in the present election climate.

The All Indian Cine Workers Association further said in the statement, “We implore Prime Minister Honourable Shri Narendra Modi and Home Minister Honourable Shri Amit Shah to give Salman Khan’s security greater priority and to take out the gangs that were behind the shooting. Since Salman Khan, who is sometimes referred to as the “Godfather of Bollywood,” is the focus of this crime, there is a general atmosphere of terror across the Bollywood film industry. Gangsters may take advantage of this fear to demand money from Bollywood.

Since Salman Khan is a member of our family (Bollywood), the All Indian Cine Workers Association supports the actor and his family. In addition, given Salman Khan’s enormous celebrity, the gangster—whoever he is—wants to establish himself by going after Salman. Every life counts, and the nation and the Bollywood industry stand solidly behind Salman Khan, thus, it is vital that the government take action against these culprits to stop such cases of firing, the statement said.

For the uninitiated, gunshots were heard outside Salman’s Mumbai residence, Galaxy Apartments, in the early hours of Sunday, April 14. According to CNN News18, on Sunday morning, two bike riders opened fire outside his flat. Three rounds were reportedly fired into the air. Salman’s residence is now more closely guarded after the event.
