To honour her late father, Raveena Tandon unveils Chowk; her fans exclaim, “Beti Ho Toh Aisi.”

In memory of her late father, the renowned filmmaker Ravi Tandon, a crossroads in Mumbai’s Juhu area was recently dedicated by Raveena Tandon. Regretfully, on February 11, 2022, the actor’s father, Ravi, passed away at his Mumbai residence due to respiratory failure. In a ceremony on Friday, Raveena was joined by her mother, Veena Tandon, and daughter, Rasha, to honour the occasion. She shared photos from the occasion on her Instagram account. “Happy Birthday, Pops #ravitandonchowk, February 17, 2024 (sic)” was the caption on the post.

On her Instagram post, Raveena Tandon’s followers responded with an abundance of affection. In the comment area, several individuals contributed love and heart-eye emojis. “Beti ho toh Aisi!!” was written by one of the users. During the 1970s and 80s, Ravi Tandon, the father of Raveena, was a well-known character in Indian cinema. Renowned films including “Anhonee,” “Khel Khel Mein,” “Majboor,” “Khuddar,” and “Zindagi” were directed by him. The director departed from this life on February 11, 2022. Regarding her career, Raveena Tandon co-starred in “Karmma Calling,” which had its Disney+ Hotstar premiere on January 26. She is preparing for a big role in Welcome to the Jungle, the third installment of the Welcome series. In this Ahmed Khan-directed film, she and Akshay Kumar reconcile after a long split. The film’s stellar ensemble cast includes well-known performers like Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, and Disha Patani.
