Using Akshay Kumar, director Priyadarshan reveals his next horror-comedy film: “Its foundation will be the most ancient superstition in India.”

There have been rumors about an impending partnership between Priyadarshan, Ekta Kapoor, and Akshay Kumar. The filmmaker Priyadarshan recently said that he and Akshay would be reuniting after a 14-year break.

In the past, they collaborated on movies like “Hera Pheri,” “Bhagam Bhaag,” and “Garam Masala.” Ekta Kapoor will produce this new production, which is characterized as a humorous horror-fantasy story.

Priyadarshan said in an interview with HT City that he has completed shooting his documentary series on the history of the Ram Mandir and would now collaborate with Akshay on a significant project.

The director of “Bhool Bhulaiyaa” went on to say that, although his previous horror picture was a psychological thriller, this one would be a fantasy set in the world of magic, which he describes as one of India’s oldest beliefs.

“Bade Miyaan Chote Miyaan,” Akshay’s most recent film under Ali Abbas Zafar’s direction, has been in cinemas for seventeen days. In significant parts are Tiger Shroff and Prithviraj Sukumaran as well.
