Vaibhav Gupta, the winner of Indian Idol 14, says that singing for Salman Khan has always been his dream

Vaibhav Gupta of Kanpur has just been crowned the champion of Indian Idol season 14. On March 3, Gupta was declared the winner of the singing reality program at the grand finale. In addition to him, Shubhadeep Das Chowdhury, Ananya Pal, Adya Mishra, Piyush Panwar, and Anjana Padmanabhan were the other finalists.

Speaking exclusively to News18 Showsha about his success, Vaibhav Gupta said that being named Indian Idol was like realizing his goal. “This has always been my dream. My ambition was to one day become an Indian idol. Today, my wish has come true. I put a lot of effort into this. He informed us, “They (my parents) are very proud of me. When I entered the show, I decided that I had to lift the trophy.” I’m glad I can provide my family and parents with this pleasure.

After the singing reality program ended, Vaibhav wished to pursue his own solo musical endeavors. The winner of Indian Idol 14 shared his intentions for the same, saying he would soon release a composition named “Udaan.”

“I want to release songs on my own. I’m going to write some very amazing songs. Using the money I get, I intend to build my ideal studio. I’ll consider naming it as well, and I’ll record my songs at that studio. For now, these are my plans. I’ll shortly be creating a composition as well. It will cover not just my trip but the journeys of all others who are realizing their aspirations. “Udaan” shall be the name of the song,” he said.

Vaibhav also disclosed his desire to sing for Salman Khan when he entered Bollywood. “I will undoubtedly pursue a career in Bollywood.” For Salman Khan, sir, I would want to sing. My dream has always been that. He said, “I also want to perform for Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal.

The young performer said in closing that his triumph was a worthy response to those who had doubts about his singing career. “Singing se kya ho jaaega, kab tak gaate rahoge,” a few individuals said. Even if I was unable to respond to them at the time, I would definitely like to let them know that my singing is winning people over. It is significant, he said.
