Was Keerthy Suresh’s withdrawal from the Ajay Devgn film “Maidaan” because of THIS?

Keerthy Suresh will star in Varun Dhawan’s “Baby John” as her Bollywood debut. She was, however, meant to appear in Ajay Devgn’s next sports drama “Maidaan,” according to a recent report.

According to the article, Keerthy Suresh first consented to work on this but ultimately decided not to participate in “Maidaan.” The actress and producer Boney Kapoor came to this mutually agreed upon choice. It has been said that she looked too young to play Ajay Devgn’s wife in the movie.
According to reports, the film is a biography of the late Syed Abdul Rahim, an Indian football player. But in the 2018 Tamil biopic “Mahanati,” Keerthy Suresh played the late, great actress Savitri, for which she was honored with a National Award for Best Actress.

The actress and the producer were both worried that accepting similar-aged parts would cause problems with typecasting in the business. As such, Priyamani took her spot on the squad.
