Arvind Kejriwal is accused by ED of manipulating his diet; does eating mangoes raise blood sugar in diabetics?

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi and a diabetic, has been charged by the Enforcement Directorate for exploiting his elevation of blood sugar from the consumption of tea and mangoes to get bail.

Type 2 diabetic Kejriwal was taken into custody by the ED on March 21 in connection with the Delhi excise policy case, and he is now being held at the Tihar prison. News sources state that food items, like as mangoes and chocolates, are being sent out of Kejriwal’s house since the court has given him permission to consume meals prepared at home.

On the other hand, the 55-year-old’s advisor claims that his diet follows the doctor’s recommendations.

“ED raised this concern in order to justify ending the consumption of home-cooked meals as well. His health is at risk here. Everything he eats follows the diet plan recommended by the doctor. Advocate Vivek Jain, who represents Kejriwal, informed the media that the case is under consideration and that they do not want to comment.
