What meal, according to your doshas, should you eat during Diwali?

While each holiday has its own unique charm, adhering to the Seasonal Regimen is the simplest way to enjoy and stay healthy throughout festivals. During the transitional time that coincides with the Diwali festival, we may also see a comparable shift in our bodies, with our bodily strength steadily growing.

To promote tissue growth and stoke digestion, one should choose their food carefully:

Drink boiling water according to your own needs. You may also add cumin or coriander seeds to flavor the water.Eat sugary meals first (to balance the Vata), next sour and salty foods (to encourage correct Pitta), and last foods with strong, bitter, and astringent flavors (to suppress Kapha).Nothing is ever better than overindulging, so keep your eating habits in check by consuming a mix of heavy and light meals in appropriate amounts, interspersed with appetizing appetizers.Grain: White rice is preferred over brown rice and other varieties such as barley and wheat.Barley: Foods containing barley, such as soups and dosas, are excellent for those with diabetes or other sugar problems. Green gram is best for lentils. One should use tuvardal cautiously. Reducing Channa, Rajma, Urad, and so forth is essential.Parwal, also known as pointed gourd, bottle, bitter, and ash gourd are all suggested vegetables that you should include in your diet since they are low in acidity and easy on the stomach.Methi, bitter gourd, and other mild bitters are acceptable in moderation. Skip the uncooked food.You may eat vegetables like young radish and yam (suran). Beetroot and carrots, in moderation.Reduce the amount of heavy-digesting veggies like potatoes.Broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage are examples of vegetables that produce gas and should be cooked thoroughly in ghee.Steer clear of non-vegetarian food.After eating Chewing on a little piece of ginger together with rock salt may prevent acid reflux.Make sure you eat light, well-cooked meals.Consume flavored buttermilk that is prepared with cumin, crushed ginger, and rock salt to help your intestines.
