20 wounded and three dead from Russian attacks in southern Ukraine

According to Ukrainian authorities on Friday, Russian attacks in the southern Dnipropetrovsk area overnight resulted in three fatalities and twenty injuries.

 

In Dnipro, a five-story skyscraper is ablaze. It has been largely demolished. People might be beneath the debris. Six individuals have been hurt thus far, according to the region’s governor, Sergiy Lysak, who posted on Telegram.

He added that the building’s top two stories, which were in the heart of Dnipro, had been damaged. He also said that damage had been caused by another assault in the Kryvyi Rig neighborhood, which is situated to the west of Dnipro.

The president of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, said that when the building was struck, two persons died and fifteen were wounded.

He said that in another incident in the Synelnykivskyi neighborhood southeast of Dnipro, a lady died and two others—including a fourteen-year-old girl—were wounded.

Oleksandr Vilkul, the leader of the local military administration, said on Telegram that an attack on an infrastructure site in Kryvyi Rig had wounded two men and a woman.

The governor of Belgorod, a district in southern Russia that borders Ukraine, said that 25 Ukrainian drones had been shot down. He said that they had targeted the same-named major city in the area.
