“Clinton Likes Them Young”: How Do Disgraced Financier Epstein and the Former US President Connect?

Excitement has been generated by a new set of court records from the United States about the infamous billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who committed himself in 2019 while awaiting prosecution. In recent weeks, discussions on the Internet have been ablaze with speculation that the records consisted of a who’s who of influential individuals who served as Epstein’s “clients.”

The majority of the first forty papers in the court-ordered release were already published materials regarding the Epstein controversy that were made available by almost two decades of newspaper articles, TV programs, interviews, court proceedings, and books. Records, which included transcripts of interviews with a few of Epstein’s victims, mentioned his prior associations with Prince Andrew of Britain and former US President Bill Clinton. Clinton has gained attention even though she hasn’t been charged with anything.

“CLINTON FITS THEM SMALL.”
According to The Associated Press, Johanna Sjoberg, the accuser of Epstein, said in her deposition in May 2016 that Epstein had told her that “Clinton likes them young.” Sjoberg interpreted this comment as a reference to young girls or ladies. A US federal judge ordered the release of the recently disclosed papers, which include over 170 Epstein acquaintances, last month. They were included in a defamation case that Virginia Roberts Giuffre, Epstein’s accuser, resolved out of court in 2015 against Ghislaine Maxwell, the late sexual offender’s ex-girlfriend.

In 2005, Epstein was first taken into custody in Palm Beach, Florida, on charges that he had paid a 14-year-old girl for sex. In 2008, the financier was permitted to plead guilty to a crime involving a single victim by the prosecution, despite the fact that several other minor females had reported similar incidents of sexual assault. He participated in a correctional work-release program for 13 months.

After Epstein was found guilty, a few well-known friends turned away from him, but the American billionaire kept up his social circles for a further ten years. Following extensive coverage of the controversy by US media, federal prosecutors in New York charged Epstein with sex trafficking in 2019. Later, while awaiting trial, he committed suicide in prison. In 2019, after his suicide by hanging in a jail cell, Epstein’s former pilot disclosed to Ghislaine Maxwell during her sex trafficking trial a roster of influential individuals, including Clinton, who had flown on his private aircraft.

According to the pilot, Larry Visoski, CNN at the time stated that he usually received warning if Clinton or other prominent passengers would be traveling. He remembered flights with Sens. George Mitchell of Maine, John Glenn of Ohio, and Prince Andrew. Visoski said at the time that he would fly Epstein to visit millionaire businessman Les Wexner in Columbus, Ohio, where Epstein also had property. At the time, Visoski’s testimony included no allegations of misconduct against any of the well-known passengers. Prior to this, a representative for Clinton acknowledged that the former US president had been on Epstein’s aircraft four times, but said the former president was unaware of Epstein’s “horrible crimes.”

According to Clinton spokesman Angel Urena’s 2019 statement, “President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane in 2002 and 2003: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation.” Media sites claimed in shocking claims from July 2020 that Clinton had taken a plane to Jeffrey Epstein’s “orgy island with two young girls.” This information was made public when a New York court released a large collection of old Ghislaine Maxwell court records. Virginia Giuffre, Epstein’s “victim,” said in the papers that the former US president paid a visit to the notorious private Caribbean island owned by Epstein.

“Do you have any memory of Jeffrey Epstein specifically telling you that ‘Bill Clinton owes me favors?'” was the question posed to Giuffre. She replied, “Yes, I do,” as reported by The Sun. It was amusing anyway. He would brush it off with a joke. You know, I asked Jeffrey, “Well, he owes me favors,” and he shrugged it off when I asked him what Bill Clinton was doing here [on Epstein’s island]. Giuffre had said at the time, “He never told me what favours they were.”
