Due to poor weather, Dubai International Airport reports substantial disruptions

Due to severe weather, Dubai International Airport (DXB) said on Wednesday that it was severely disrupted and was making every effort to return to regular operations as soon as possible.

According to a statement from DXB, staff displacement has caused delays and diversions in flights, and recovery will take some time.

Due to a storm, DXB had to briefly redirect inbound planes on Tuesday evening, and earlier in the day, operations were halted for 25 minutes.
