Due to the UAE’s severe rains, four flights from Kochi to Dubai were canceled

The continuous unfavorable heavy rains in the United Arab Emirates have resulted in waterlogging on the runways, forcing the cancellation of four flights from Kochi to Dubai. Flydubai, Emirates, and IndiGo flights are among the ones canceled.

Flydubai FZ454, Emirates EK533, and IndiGo’s 6E 1475 flights have all been canceled.

Due to the unfavorable weather in the Gulf city, an Air India aircraft scheduled to leave from Kochi for Dubai was also canceled on Tuesday night. Depending on the weather, a decision on rescheduling operations is anticipated later on Wednesday, according to authorities. Airlines are thinking about reevaluating in light of the severity of the rain.

Due to waterlogging on the runway caused by heavy rain, planes are being diverted to the closest airport until conditions improve. Flights out of Dubai will operate as normal during this period. According to reports from the authorities at Dubai Airport, 45 aircraft were canceled on Tuesday.
