Applications are being accepted for 399 English stenographer positions by Jharkhand HC. Registration begins on March 1

The Jharkhand High Court is accepting online applications from qualified applicants for the position of English stenographer. Applicants who satisfy the requirements may apply for the positions by visiting the Jharkhand High Court’s official website at jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in. The applicants are advised that the registration window will begin on March 1 and that the application form must be submitted by March 31, 2024, at the latest.

The purpose of the recruiting effort is to find 399 individuals for the Jharkhand High Court. Two positions are for English stenographers at the Judicial Academy Jharkhand, Ranchi, and 397 are for the position of English stenographer for the State of Jharkhand’s Civil Courts.

JHARKHAND HC RECRUITING 2024: QUALIFICATIONS
Maximum Age: Candidates must be at least 21 years old to be eligible, but starting of January 1, 2024, the maximum age for those in the Unreserved and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category cannot exceed 35 years old. The maximum age for men in the unreserved, EWS, BC-I, and BC-II categories is 37 years; for females in the same categories, it is 38 years; and for both males and females in the ST and SC categories, it is 40 years.

Educational Requirements: To be qualified for the given position, candidates must have graduated from an accredited university in any discipline. Additionally, they should be able to type 40 words per minute (wpm) in English on a computer with up to 5% allowable errors and stenograph 80 words per minute (wpm) in English.

Step 1: Applicants must sign in to the jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in official website.

Step 2: Look for and choose the Jharkhand High Court Recruitment 2024 link on the webpage.

Step 3: Clicking will cause a new window to appear, requiring applicants to input their login information.

Step 4: At this point, enter your personal and academic information in the application form and upload your scanned papers in the required format.

Step 5: Pay the application fees as specified and send the form in.

Step 6: Print out the confirmation document and save a copy for your records.

HC RECRUITMENT JHARKHAND: APPLICATION FEE
Candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories must pay Rs 125, while unreserved, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Backward Class-I, and Backward Class-II applicants must pay an application fee of Rs 500.
