Rajouri rural boy, who had previously aced JKAS and NEET, scores AIR-388 in UPSC

In the recently released UPSC CSE 2023, Ghulam Maya Din, who is from Bharot, a secluded highland region of Pirpanjal in Thanamandi tehsil in Rajouri district, achieved an All India rank (AIR) of 388.
