UPSC CDS 1 Final Result 2023: 347 People Are Eligible for OTA, Released at upsc.gov.in

The final results of the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 1 test, which is necessary for entrance to the Officers Training Academy, have been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Applicants may access the UPSC CDS 1 final result 2023 by visiting the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.

A total of 347 people have been selected for admission to the OTA Chennai for the 119th Short Service Commission Course (Men) and the 33rd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) course, which will start in April 2024.

The commission reports that there are 170 spots available for the 119th Short Service Commission Course for Men and 17 spots available for the 33rd Short Service Commission Course for Women (Non-Technical).

Step 1: Visit the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the main page, look for the UPSC CDS I 2023 final result link.

Step 3: Click the provided link to open a new PDF file with the names and roll numbers of the candidates.

Step 4: Download and print a copy of the UPSC CDS I 2023 final result file for your records.

The commission also said that while creating the merit list, the outcomes of the applicants’ medical exams were not taken into account. The candidacies of each contender are tentative. According to UPSC, Army Headquarters will confirm the applicants’ birth dates and educational backgrounds.

The suggested candidates’ marks will be available on the commission website for thirty days after the announcement of the CDS 1 final results, within fifteen days of that date. The commission also brought up the plan for marks and other information on non-recommended applicants to be made publicly available to the candidates. “Such non-recommended candidates may exercise their options while downloading their marks,” the UPSC said.

Recommendations for admission to the Officers Training Academy in Chennai, the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, the Naval Academy in Ezhimala, Kerala, and the Air Force Academy in Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course(s) are all included in the merit list.
