23 new Sainik schools will be built with Rajnath Singh’s approval

Rajnath Singh, the Union Minister of Defense, has given his approval for the partnership-based establishment of 23 new Sainik Schools.

The Ministry of Defence said on Saturday that this would bring the total number of Sainik Schools operating under partnership mode up to 42 in addition to the current 33.

According to the Ministry, the idea to establish 100 new Sainik institutions in collaboration with NGOs, private institutions, and state governments has received approval from the Centre.

Gradually, beginning in Class 6, this project has been launched.

A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) has been signed between Sainik Schools Society and 19 New Sainik Schools spread throughout the nation as part of this project.

According to the Ministry, the goal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s plan to build 100 new Sainik Schools is to provide kids a quality education that is in line with the National Education Policy and improved employment prospects, including the opportunity to join the military.

Additionally, it offers the corporate sector a chance to collaborate with the government to develop the country by preparing today’s youngsters to become responsible adults tomorrow.

Along with being affiliated with their individual education boards, these new schools will operate under the supervision of the Sainik Schools Society.

They will adhere to the guidelines established by the Society for new Sainik schools operating in cooperation.

The Sainik school pattern pupils will get instruction from the Academic PLUS curriculum in addition to their usual associated board curriculum.
