‘400 paar’ is what ‘420’ are discussing: Actor Prakash Raj’s jab at the BJP

Actor Prakash Raj said on Sunday that people who have committed 420 frauds are talking about gaining 400 seats in the next general elections, without specifically addressing the BJP.

“Only those who have done 420 will speak about getting 400 seats,” Prakash Raj said while speaking at the Chikkamangalur Press Club in Karnataka. This displays your conceit, regardless of the party, the Congress, or any other party.”

In a subtle jab at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s assertions that the NDA will retake over 400 seats, the actor said that “in a democracy,” there is “no chance” for one party to win 400 or more seats.

“A seat can only be won if it is awarded to you by the electorate. No political party may claim that it has the right to assume the majority of the seats. It will be referred to as haughtiness, said Prakash Raj.

On February 5, Prime Minister Modi said in the Rajya Sabha that the NDA would win more than 400 seats to retake power.

In response to the Motion of Thanks on the President’s speech in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Modi said, “We are just a few days away from finishing our third term. They’re chanting ‘abki baar, 400 paar’ across the country. That even Kharge ji stated.”

The statement made by Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge in the Rajya Sabha on February 2 that the BJP, which already has a majority, is aiming for 400 seats in the next Lok Sabha elections was the subject of PM Modi’s reference.

Additionally, he predicted that the NDA alliance would win 400 seats and the BJP alone would win 370 seats.
