A fire breaks out in Mumbai’s Kurla, and efforts are being made to put it out

According to the Mumbai Fire Brigade, a fire started early on Thursday morning at a scrap godown in Mumbai’s Kurla neighborhood.
Ten fire fighters have all arrived at the scene to put out the fire.
It has not yet been determined what started the fire.

An elderly person died last week after an earlier fire on the 13th level of a high-rise building in Mumbai’s Dadar neighborhood.

Sachin Patkar, 60, has been named as the victim by the Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB).

“Today at 8:37 am, a fire started. On the 13th story of the Raintree building at Hindu Colony, Gully No-2, Dadar (East), a fire was reported. 15 stories make up the high-rise, according to an official, who also noted that the tenant, 60, was believed to have breathed hazardous smoke from the fire.
