After a disagreement, three people are facing charges for attempting to murder Thane Man

An official said on Tuesday that three people have been charged by police with attempting to murder a thirty-year-old Thane man who reportedly objected to them drinking alcohol outside his home in the Thane district of Maharashtra, according to news agency.

The seafood vendor, Thane, was relaxing at his Khadakpada neighborhood home in Kalyan on Sunday night after supper when he heard some activity outside.

According to a police station officer from Khadakpada, when he stepped outside, he saw several neighbors sitting at the entrance of his home and drinking alcohol.

He said that when he questioned them, they grabbed hold of him and stabbed him in the abdomen with a knife.

According to the official, the accused subsequently left the scene and beat up his mother when she attempted to assist him. They also threatened the neighbors with severe repercussions if they attempted to save the guy.

According to him, the individual is presently receiving treatment at a local hospital after his family members hurried him there.

He said that the police had filed cases against three people on Monday under sections 307 (attempt to kill), 323 (voluntarily inflicting pain), 504 (insult designed to cause breach of peace), and 34 (common purpose) of the Indian Penal Code based on the victim’s allegation.

In a another instance, on Tuesday morning in Thane city, Maharashtra, a speeding vehicle struck a motorbike, killing the 16-year-old kid sitting in the back and injuring the other rider, according to municipal authorities.

When the accident occurred at approximately 6.30 am near the Anand Nagar signal on the busy Ghodbunder road here, the youngster and a 37-year-old man were traveling from Nashik, according to Yasin Tadvi, chief of the Thane Municipal Corporation’s disaster management unit.

According to him, the truck driver lost control of the wheels, causing the car to collide with the motorbike.

Local law enforcement, firefighters, and the crisis management cell crew arrived quickly.

According to the officer, the corpse was sent to the Thane Civil Hospital for a post-mortem.

Following the collision, the truck driver left the scene. According to reports, a complaint was filed against him in accordance with the Motor Vehicles Act and certain parts of the Indian Penal Code.

The official said that after the collision, there was a minor disruption in traffic on the popular highway.
