Amarnath Yatra Track Affected by Landslide; No One Hurt

Following heavy rains in the region on Friday, a landslide struck the Amarnath Yatra track’s Baltal path, according to authorities.

There were no reported fatalities in the event.

They said that the pilgrimage path was obstructed as a result of the landslide, which was discovered close to Rail Patri along the track on the Baltal-holy cave axis.

Heavy rains in the vicinity caused the yatra to be halted this morning, but no one was wounded, they said.

On Friday, rain fell across the majority of the Kashmir valley’s districts.
