Before RaGa’s visit to Rajasthan, Sachin Pilot meets the family of a rape victim in Bhilwara

Sachin Pilot, a Congress politician and a former deputy chief minister, visited the hamlet of Narsihpura in the Bhilwara district and said that those responsible for the underage girl’s rape and murder “have crossed the limits of humanity.”

After being gangraped and killed, the child’s corpse was discovered in a coal furnace in Bhilwara, causing anger throughout the country. Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, is visiting Rajasthan for one day as the BJP has been criticizing the Ashok Gehlot administration for its response to crime against women.

Several officials, including Sachin Pilot, went to the hamlet of Narsihpura to comfort the grieving relatives. He promised them prompt justice and full support for the family. Additionally, ministers Rajendra Yadav and Ramlal Jat paid a visit to the girl’s house to express their sympathy and support.

“Any civilized society cannot condone the atrocity that took place or the violence with which a little girl was raped and killed. The perpetrators of this horrible murder have gone beyond the pale of humanity, Pilot told reporters on Tuesday.

The Congress leader also requested an update on the probe from the Bhilwara Police. So far, the police have made seven arrests in this case.

“I met the victim’s family members and learned that all of the accused had been taken into custody, and the police were planning to imprison the two youngsters as well…The court will hold hearings every day, charge the POCSO, and take stern punishment against them, the administration has told me.

A four-member delegation of BJP women MPs had already visited the victim’s relatives on August 6.

According to the authorities, the youngster was reportedly gang-raped and burned to death; they also said that her bones were discovered inside a coal furnace. The girl’s burned remains, along with her bracelets, were discovered inside the furnace, according to the police.

According to reports, the 12-year-old victim’s father made an effort to climb onto his daughter’s flaming pyre. The father was distraught and found it difficult to get the energy to rise. At the cremation site, he was being held by family members and other people.
