Candidates who failed the civil service exams will be given employment opportunities by UPPSC

In India, young people spend years studying for the very competitive PCS (Provincial Civil Service) and UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Civil Service exams. While some aspirants are able to successfully qualify for these coveted tests, many others discover that despite their tremendous efforts and commitment, they fall short.

The UPPSC (Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) has made a praiseworthy move to give job possibilities to those who could not win a seat in the tests in recognition of the difficulties these people are facing.

For applicants who weren’t able to pass the exams, the UPPSC is offering a route. These prospective public workers provide the commission with information, which it then publishes on its official website. They make it possible for businesses and organizations looking to recruit qualified people to get access to this pool of prospective applicants in this way.

Although this program has been around for a while, it is only now offered in a few states. This service was made available in Uttar Pradesh by the UPPSC earlier this year, exclusively for applicants who took the PCS test. 270 applicants who weren’t chosen reportedly gave their information to be shown on the internet. Additionally, the UPPSC has recently made this chance available to applicants for additional tests.

In the same way, the commission has requested information from those who failed the interview portion of the UP PCS J (Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Civil Judge Exam) examination. The application deadline is November 20 for interested applicants. In their application emails, they must provide necessary facts such their name, roll number, interview date, father’s or husband’s name, date of birth, categories, and other significant information. These applications should be submitted to [email protected] from their registered email addresses.

In a comment to The Hindustan Times, a UPPSC representative highlighted the commission’s assessment that applicants who advance to the interview stage have significant potential. Given the strict three-tier screening procedure and the fact that only a small number of candidates are ultimately successful, the initiative serves two purposes. It first seeks to stop unsuccessful applicants from experiencing melancholy and disappointment. Second, it aims to meet the staffing needs of diverse businesses by matching qualified applicants with positions that fit them.
