Competition for Moot Court at Punjab University

Punjab University hosted the start of the CCI-Dept of Laws National Moot Court Competition, Second Edition. The Chief Justice, Ahsanuddin Amanullah, gave the opening remarks. Justice Amanullah gave a speech during the opening session, during which he discussed the significance of ethics in the profession of law.

Sector 20: Government College of Education

The college hosted the seventh showing of Rabb di Awaaz, the country’s first inclusive film on mental health and disability, which was helmed by Ojaswwee Sharma, a national award-winning filmmaker. The film’s cast, which included Varun Narang, Abhinav Sharma, Harwinder Singh, and Shiv Kumar Sharma—alumnus of the college—was greeted by Principal Sapna Nanda. They spoke to teachers and kids.

The institution hosted an interactive parent-teacher meeting to talk about students’ performance and come up with ideas for improving their learning environment. The goal was to encourage improved communication and cooperation between parents and instructors. The parents of the students who earned awards for the institution were congratulated by Principal Navjot Kaur.

In the evening studies auditorium, the Panjab University Alumni Association conducted an interactive session with Dr. Kiran Bedi, IPS (retd), a PU alumnus and former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry. More than 250 people attended, including senators, researchers from several departments, professors, staff, alumni, and students.

University of Dr. SSB

The Dr. SSBUICET Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology hosted a degree award event to recognize the academic accomplishments of the undergraduate and graduate classes of 2022 and 2023. At the event, more than 250 students were awarded their degrees. During the ceremony, the department officials and the best students from each class received awards.

North-Western Regional Center of the ICSSR

“Research Methodology in Social Sciences for Research Scholar Faculty Members,” a two-week training program, has come to a close. Professor Sanjay Kaushik opened the training session, and research experts from a range of disciplines were present.

NMIMS School of Commerce (SOC)

At the “Prayatna” institution, the Social Responsibility Club organized a financial inclusion push. It was noted during the session that staff members were not making the most of the “Atal Pension Yojana (APY),” which underscores the need for increased knowledge. In addition, a lot of guests who had never heard of the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY) before were informed of its advantages.
