Congress establishes an Ellenabad election office

On Thursday, the Congress inaugurated its election office in the Sirsa district’s Ellenabad. Santosh Beniwal, the vice-president of the Haryana Panchayat Association, gave its inaugural speech. The head of the Ellenabad Municipal Council, Ram Singh Solanki, was present as well. Following the ceremony, Beniwal addressed the media about the impending arrival of Kumari Selja, a former Haryana Congress president and MP.

In response to inquiries on Selja’s candidacy from the Sirsa seat, Beniwal reaffirmed her support for the party’s policies and emphasized how critical it is to stand up to the BJP, which is now in power. Beniwal poked fun at BJP candidate Ashok Tanwar, questioning his capacity to speak for the ordinary man without a clear identity.

Beniwal satirically addressed the BJP’s “400-plus” slogan, stressing the difficulties that inflation has caused for the average person. She remarked that people’s thoughts were what really important and that slogans by themselves could not accomplish anything.
