Elvish Yadav Will Be Produced in Court Today After Being Arrested by Noida Police in a Snake Venom Case

Renowned YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has been taken into custody by Noida Police in relation to a Wildlife Protection Act crime.

 

He was charged with supplying snake venom to a party in Sector 51, Noida.

Yadav is scheduled to appear in court today, according to ANI, which cited DCP Noida Vidya Sagar Mishra.

The complaint was filed for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972.

Five cobra snakes were reportedly found during searches in Noida Sector 49 in November of last year. In addition, during raids, nine more snakes were saved. Additionally, snake venom was found at the location. The individuals captured during raids adopted Elvish’s name.

On November 7 of last year, Elvish was questioned about the matter as well. He said during questioning that the rave party’s musician Fazilpuria provided the snakes.

Maneka Gandhi, the head of the PFA and BJP, has demanded Yadav’s immediate arrest, accusing him of being involved in the illicit sale of snake venom.
