“He touched me from behind”: Bengaluru woman describes terrifying experience

A lady claimed in a series of postings on “X” that on Monday night, a guy had touched her inappropriately close to her home. She has tweeted a video of the guy covering his face along with a description of her terrifying experience. “My buddy dropped me off close to my home last night in #NammaBengaluru, and just as I was opening the gate, this guy approached and touched me from behind before fleeing. In her first post, the lady said, “I called my friend and asked him to stop him before he rode away.”

She went on to say that after telling her buddy, who had caught him, the police were summoned. The lady did not file charges against the guy, however, so she stated he was freed. “Unfortunately, this individual is being excluded once again since I will not be filing a formal complaint. Our Constitution’s provisions are more geared toward protecting these kinds of creatures, so if I had really hurt him while defending myself, I would have faced heavier penalties. What a shame, you think? “said the lady.

“Given all the hardship ahead, I am unable to submit a formal complaint. The folks in my neighborhood who had been on-site to assist me indicated that the amount of court cases and everything associated would psychologically torment me,” she said on her post. The victim tweeted, “It is unfortunate that he is being set free,” raising concerns about women’s safety. He is neither a youngster, nor was he intoxicated. He was skilled at what he did. More information has been requested by the police.
