Hoshiarpur traffic accident claims three family members’ lives and injures one

On this stretch of the Dasuya road, a family’s automobile crashed into a tree, killing three of them and seriously injuring another.

Captain Roshan Lal, his wife Ved Kumari, and their grandson Sahil have been identified as the dead.

Sahil, an Indian Army soldier, arrived for his sister’s wedding while on vacation. The accident happened when he was using the bride’s vehicle and his four-wheeler to get to his sister’s in-laws’ residence.

The car lost control and struck a tree at the side of the road close to Haryana. In addition to Ved Kumari and another grandson Yuvraj suffering severe injuries, Captain Roshan Lal and his grandson Sahil passed away instantly.

Surinder Singh Katoch, Sahil’s father, informed the authorities that he lived in Saincha village, which is within the jurisdiction of the Sadar police station in Hoshiarpur. Around 6:30 am, Sahil, his grandparents, and cousin were traveling to his sister’s in-laws’ home in his automobile after witnessing his daughter’s wedding. Suddenly, a stray animal appeared in front of their car as they got closer to Hariana. The outcome was that the vehicle lost control and struck a tree at the side of the road.

According to Surinder, his mother Ved Kumari passed away in the hospital from her wounds, while his father Roshan Lal and son Sahil passed away instantly.

Yuvraj Singh, his nephew, was sent to Jalandhar because of his critical health.
