Judge Atul Kasana of Mohali Sessions
The High Court of Punjab and Haryana has mandated the relocation and assignment of 137 judges, including District and session Judges, to district courts across the two states. The remaining officers are from Punjab, with 72 hailing from Haryana.
District and Sessions Judge Subhas Mehla is one of the people who has been sent to Gurugram. He takes over for District and Sessions Judge Surya Partap Singh, who was moved to Panchkula to serve as Member Secretary of the Haryana State Legal Services Authority.
District and Sessions Judge Amarinder Singh Grewal has been sent from Kapurthala to Amritsar, while District and Sessions Judge Harpreet Kaur Randhawa has been transferred to Ludhiana in Punjab. District and Sessions Judge Harpal Singh of Mohali is going to Kapurthala, while District and Sessions Judge Munish Singal has been transferred to Sangrur.
District and Meetings Judge Priya Sood is going to Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, while Judge Kanwaljit Singh has been reassigned to Tarn Taran. Meanwhile, District and Sessions Judge Atul Kasana leaves Moga for Mohali.
