“The Minister is accusing the BJP of undermining democracy in the nation,” she said to reporters. He added that the Union Government had blocked the Congressmen’s bank accounts before of the Lok Sabha election, a first for the nation’s history. He said that small party workers have given the Congress as little as a few hundred rupees in donations.

According to the minister, electoral bonds represent the greatest deception a state’s citizens have ever experienced from any administration. The BJP was the recipient of black money, according to the records of electoral bonds that were made public by the Supreme Court. Via electoral bonds, a large number of businesses with annual revenues of just a few crores of rupees gave hundreds of crores to the BJP. Using the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the CBI, the BJP coerced businesses into making election bond donations. He said that the BJP aims to establish a dictatorship in India similar to that which exists in China and Russia.

According to Chander Kumar, financial power was overthrowing democratically elected governments of opposition parties all throughout the nation like never before. He said that attempts to overthrow the Congress government were undertaken at HP as well, but they were unsuccessful.

He criticised Sudhir Sharma, the disqualified MLA from Dharamsala, for betraying the party. Given that Sudhir Sharma had betrayed the party in the 2019 Dharamsala byelections, Congress leader Sonia Gandhi opposed providing him the party ticket for the 2022 Assembly elections. He received a ticket from Dharamsala in 2022 because to the demand of party president Pratibha Singh and other officials. He joined the BJP after abandoning the Congress after the party’s ticket helped him win the polls, he continued.

According to the minister, the state administration was not assisted by the BJP during the disastrous rainstorm of the previous year.
