Kerala: according Priyanka Gandhi, there is a Modi-Pinarayi connection

ALPHAVADY/KALPETTA: Priyanka Gandhi, the general secretary of the Congress, has taken over for her brother and has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan of having a connection.

Speaking at an election rally in the Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency’s Kalpetta assembly seat, she stated, “Pinarayi has been involved in several scams, but he is not being chased by the central agencies and no cases are being charged against him, which shows the links between Modi and him.”

Priyanka said that although many other chief ministers opposing Modi and his followers are being implicated in criminal cases and sent in jail, the Union government is doing nothing to stop Pinarayi. Rahul Gandhi is the sole target of the BJP and the LDF.

“You are voting in this election for the nation as a whole, not just for Wayanad.The cost of necessities is increasing dramatically every day. The nation’s unemployment rate has gone up. She said that “the prime minister and the BJP are not talking about important issues.”

Priyanka said that the BJP is attempting to amend the nation’s Constitution and is dismantling all constitutional institutions. During the election, the Congress party’s bank accounts were suspended. She added that the BJP lacks the guts to challenge the Congress in elections.
