Lokesh runs a Coimbatore BJP campaign

TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, calling him the embodiment of change, growth, and welfare.

Lokesh remarked, “Modi means self-respect, self-confidence, and his leadership is being lauded globally,” during an election rally for State BJP president and Coimbatore MP candidate K Annamalai on Thursday in Peelamedu, Coimbatore district, Tamil Nadu. The world is hailing Modi for being the architect of India’s development.

He emphasized that Modi’s implementation of initiatives like Made in India, Startup India, Skill India, Digital India, Gati Shakti, and Bharatmala has had a significant impact on the country’s economy and wealth.

Under the capable leadership of Modi, the Indian economy has risen from the 11th to the fifth rank, demonstrating its competitiveness with the US and China, according to Lokesh. “India will be in a challenging position to the US and China.”

He expressed his satisfaction at having reached Coimbatore, known as the Manchester of South India, and said that, while he admires the tenacity of the Tamil people, visiting Tamil Nadu to take part in the election campaign is a new experience for him.

Remarking that Annamalai left the IPS position early in order to pursue politics and serve the people, the general secretary of the TDP implored the voters to provide the BJP candidate with a resounding victory. Lokesh had earlier in the day toured the regions where the Telugu diaspora had made significant settlements.

The TDP general secretary will meet with Telugu businesspeople on the second day of his tour to encourage them to work for Annamalai’s electoral triumph.
