Man charged with raping a Zirakpur realtor’s employee

Manpreet Singh is being charged by the police with the rape of a 19-year-old Sangrur girl who was lodging in a leased room here. The defendant is running away.

According to the complaint, she was hired by a property trader in the Lohgarh neighborhood of Zirakpur after finishing class XII. For her, the merchant hired a room in the Lohgarh region.

She had gone out to supper with the home’s owner and his spouse on April 4 and returned at approximately eleven o’clock. Manpreet Singh was sent by one of her pals to get her.

Her health began to worsen on April 12, at which point she told her mother about the encounter. After the girl was brought to the Civil Hospital, it was discovered that she had been sexually assaulted. Following their investigation, the police filed a case against Manpreet on a number of charges, including rape.
