More than 12 medical professionals in Madhya Pradesh successfully remove a woman’s stomach’s 15-kg tumor

In a successful surgery, a group of more than twelve medical professionals at a hospital in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, removed a 15-kg tumor from the body of a patient who had complained of stomach pain.

At the Index Hospital, a 41-year-old lady had a two-hour operation to have a tumor removed from her belly. Several physicians and nurses assisted with the procedure.

According to NDTV, one of the surgeons, Dr. Atul Vyas, said that due to the tumor’s size, the decision to remove it was made since it was preventing the patient from eating and walking normally.

He emphasized that since the procedure may have been lethal, it needed to be done carefully.

With the large tumor inside of her, the patient weighs 49 kg. The swelling-causing tumor was on the verge of bursting and may have been deadly if not discovered in time for removal.

The physicians declared that the lady was no longer in danger.

Before going here to get it removed, the lady visited various hospitals, according to her relatives.
