NCC cadets attending a cybersecurity lecture

An extensive lecture on cyber security awareness was held at the NCC Training Academy in Jammu by the Cyber Security Cell, Jammu, in association with the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

500 NCC cadets attended the event, which, according to an official spokeswoman, “aimed to educate and equip them with essential knowledge on staying safe in the digital world.”

Professionals from the Cyber Security Cell in Jammu gave insightful talks on the changing hazards and threats associated with cyberspace in the modern day. Cadets received instruction on safe password management techniques, identifying and averting cyberattacks, and recommended practices for internet safety.

The talk focused on how crucial it is to act responsibly online and safeguard personal data in the digital era.

The need of cyber security knowledge in the modern environment was emphasized by a spokesman for the Cyber Security Cell. “Although the internet has become a necessary component of our lives, it is not without peril. The goal of this presentation was to provide our country’s future leaders with the information and abilities to defend themselves, according to the spokeswoman.
