Odisha and Tripura get new governors thanks to President Murmu

Indra Sena Reddy Nallu and Raghubar Das have been named as the governors of Tripura and Odisha, respectively, by President Droupadi Murmu.
The President of India is happy to appoint Shri Raghubar Das as Governor of Odisha and Shri Indra Sena Reddy Nallu as Governor of Tripura, according to a statement released by the President’s Secretariat on Wednesday.
The statement said, “The aforementioned appointments shall be effective as of the days they take up their respective positions.

The 26th governor of Odisha has been chosen, and his name is Raghubar Das.

Das, a BJP member and former chief minister of Jharkhand, served in that position.

He has also held the position of Jharkhand BJP president thrice.

Ganeshi Lal is the 25th Governor of Odisha currently in office.

In 2018, he took the oath of office as governor of Odisha.

Indra Sena Reddy Nallu is the BJP’s national secretary and has three terms as an Andhra Pradesh legislator.

Satyadev Narayan Arya is the 19th governor of Tripura at the moment.

He was the governor of Haryana before becoming a BJP politician from Bihar.
