Rahul Gandhi mocks Journo for testing on Amethi and Rae Bareli seats, saying, “That’s BJP Question.”

When a reporter questioned Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday about why the Congressman choose Wayanad over Amethi and Rae Bareli to compete in the Lok Sabha elections, Gandhi responded angrily.

“This is a great question from the BJP. I’ll obey any command I’m given. When asked whether he will run for Lok Sabha from Amethi or Raebareli, Gandhi said, “In our party, all these (selections of candidates) decisions are taken by the CEC.”

“The DNA of Indira Gandhi of stifling the media seems to have trans-mutated into a more virulent form in Rahul Gandhi, where he thinks that the questions asked in open are all BJP-sponsored questions,” BJP leader Shehzad Poonawalla said in response to his accusation, News18.

When they put Annie Raja ji on the ballot, Brinda Karat ji and other Left leaders asked this question. Is Rahul trying to say the Left is like the BJP? Why form an alliance with them, if so? Shehzad Poonawalla said, “Seems Indira ji DNA of attacking press has been passed on to Rahul baba too,” in an X post.

In the Lok Sabha Elections, the BJP Will Win 150 Seats, Says Rahul Gandhi

Rahu Gandhi said during his speech on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections that he was certain the Congress would do very well in Uttar Pradesh and that the BJP would get around 150 seats.

“I don’t make seat predictions. I now believe that the BJP will win 150 seats, as opposed to the 180 that I predicted 15 to 20 days ago. Every state is reporting to us that we are doing better. We would do extremely well in Uttar Pradesh because we have a very strong coalition, he said.

Akhilesh Yadav, the leader of the Samajwadi Party (SP), also referred to the India coalition as a “new hope” for the Lok Sabha elections and emphasized that the Congress program has several measures that might end poverty.

“I am aware that all political parties, particularly those affiliated with the India alliance, claim to provide MSP and that poverty will end the moment the Indian government raises farmer incomes,” Yadav said.
