Rajnath Singh believes that small businesses are crucial to the prosperity of the nation

Rajnath Singh, the defence minister, said that small and micro enterprises are crucial to the prosperity of the nation. Singh made this statement as Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, was present at an event for the PM Vishwakarma Yojana’s inauguration on Vishwakarma Jayanti in Lucknow on Sunday.

Heavy industries are extremely essential, but it’s also crucial to pay attention to tiny industries, the military minister stated. These industries will be crucial to moving the nation ahead and will once again make India a shining bird.

“Earlier governments only promoted big industries and ignored the small entrepreneurs,” said Singh, the Lok Sabha representative for Lucknow. Small businesses, artisans, and craftspeople were all devastated as a consequence, and Prime Minister Modi is now encouraging everyone.

Before 2014, according to Singh, India’s defense exports totaled barely Rs 1,000 crore. By the end of the fiscal year, it will rise to Rs 25,000 crore from its current value of Rs 16,000 crore.

He said, “Today, in addition to producing items for the army, we also sell them to other nations. The start of a new India is here. India formerly had a golden bird as a result of its artisans, and now another golden bird will be produced thanks to them.

According to the defence minister, the PM Vishwakarma Yojana was launched by the Modi administration to increase national independence. He said that the plan will bring disadvantaged employees into contact with growth’s mainstream.

He stated, “We will provide them the necessary training and funding so that they can offer items in accordance with the need of the nation and the globe.
