Rajnath supports “one poll” and asks for support for Meghwal

During his campaign in the Bikaner area of Rajasthan on Sunday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh made a strong case for a single electoral system across the country. In support of BJP candidate and law minister Arjun Meghwal, Singh emphasized the advantages of “one nation, one election,” claiming that it would result in huge financial and resource savings. He also said that reducing terrorist assaults, which were common during the Congress administration, was one of the main accomplishments of the Modi administration.

“A single election should be held nationwide to save costs and resources.” It is the habit of Congress to oppose everything, as is customary. The minister said that while terrorist attacks used to happen on a regular basis, no one anymore dared to endanger our country.

“One nation, one election will win the people’s support, but Congress continues to oppose it,” he said. Furthermore, he projected that by the start of 2027, India’s economy will rank third in the world, behind only China and the United States.

In response to other questions, he said, “Lok Sabha, municipal, and Gram Panchayat elections are coming up soon after Rajasthan’s assembly elections, which happened only three months ago. The notion of holding national elections at the same time was proposed by our prime minister, and current President Droupadi Murmu received a report from a commission headed by former President Ramnath Kovind. The public will be overwhelmingly in favor of this action. Congress has always opposed this, but I think it will save money, resources, and time.

In his assault on the establishment party, Singh said that corruption and the Congress were interchangeable and urged people to back Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP if they wanted to see an India in which the corrupt are not the ruling class but are instead subject to severe punishment.

“Prime Minister Modi has an outstanding political record because we prioritize the public as our nation, in contrast to Congress, which prioritizes its own members as a family,” Rajnath said. “Congress doubts our army soldiers and demands proof of the surgical strike,” he said, expressing his dissatisfaction with Congress for raising concerns about surgical strikes. Congress is still doubtful, despite the fact that the whole world has seen the proof.

“A national survey would conserve resources.”

The Indian defense minister, Rajnath Singh, emphasized the advantages of having “one nation, one election” and said that it would result in huge cost and resource savings. “A single election should be held nationwide to save costs and resources.” Congress is against everything, as usual,” he said.
