Recovered woman’s body from Buddha Nullah

On Thursday, a woman’s corpse was found in the Buddha Nullah in the New Kundanpuri region.

Following the discovery of the corpse, there was widespread fear. While using a JCB machine to clear the drain, Municipal Corporation sanitation personnel caught the corpse in its claws. The corpse was extracted from the sewer by MC authorities with the assistance of divers. The person would have only been dead in the sewer for a day or two, based on the fact that the corpse was not completely decomposed.

Police Division 8 authorities arrived at the area and began an investigation after receiving information. For the purpose of identification, the corpse would be stored in a morgue for 72 hours.

In an effort to learn anything about the deceased’s identity, questions were also posed to the local populace. Additionally, the police obtained missing women’s records from many police stations. The authorities were also inspecting CCTV cameras in the vicinity.

The woman’s cause of death was said by the police to be unknown until the post-mortem examination was completed.
