Sana Khan, a missing BJP leader, was killed by her husband and her body was dumped in a river in Madhya Pradesh

Sana Khan, the Minority Wing Chief of the BJP’s Maharashtra branch, had been gone for a week when Jabalpur police discovered her body on Saturday. Her husband had killed her, according to the police. They captured the suspect, identified as Amit alias Pappu Sahu from Jabalpur’s Gorabazar neighborhood, after conducting a combined operation with Nagpur Police.

Regarding the case
According to the investigation conducted so far, the accused, Amit Shah, operated a roadside restaurant close to Jabalpur and was engaged in the smuggling of alcohol.

The event happened when Sana and Pappu were engaged in an extended argument about money transactions.

According to rumors, Sana traveled from Nagpur to Jabalpur to meet with Amit. A violent argument broke out during the meeting, and Amit then hit Sana in the head, killing her.

What did the cops say?
Amit Sahu Pappu, the suspect, who is 37 years old, admitted to killing Sana Khan, his wife, by striking her with a stick in their home before disposing of her corpse in a nearby river, according to assistant superintendent of police Kamal Maurya.

He stated: “The accused claimed he killed his wife (Khan) by striking her with a stick in his home and later threw her body into the Hiran river from a bridge near Meregaon village under Belkheda police station limits.”

The victim’s corpse is presently being searched for in the river and the places close by, according to Maurya.

Another person engaged in this crime has also been identified by the authorities, who are aggressively looking for them. The suspect has been apprehended, and the police are questioning him right now.
